Common contact questions

Visit the client area login page and click "Forgot Password". Enter your registered email address and you'll receive a reset link within a few minutes. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive.
Log into your client area, go to Services, select the hosting plan you'd like to cancel, and follow the cancellation steps. Alternatively, open a support ticket and we'll process it for you. There are no cancellation fees — paid plans are billed monthly with no minimum term.
Check your spam or junk folder first. Welcome emails are sent automatically and occasionally get filtered. If you still can't find it, log into your client area — all your account details are accessible there. If you can't log in, use the password reset option or contact us via the form above.
Hosting plans may be eligible for a refund within 14 days of the first payment if you haven't used the account. Domain registrations are non-refundable once processed, as domain costs are passed directly to the registry. Please review our Terms of Service for full details.
