The infrastructure
A data centre in Montreal, with strong connectivity to both North American and European networks. Every account also gets Node.js apps, WP-CLI and Redis object caching.
Visitors far from Montreal? Cloudflare, the only CDN Traxio supports, can serve static files from nearer them. Using Cloudflare with Traxio

Backups and monitoring
Daily offsite backups are taken for every account. They’re provided as a courtesy, with no guarantee: keeping your own backups is your responsibility (terms, section 8), and DirectAdmin can create a full backup whenever you like. How to take a backup
Uptime is checked every few minutes by UptimeRobot, an independent service, and published on the status page. Traxio’s uptime target is 99.9%; the status page shows the actual figures.
