Uptime is measured by UptimeRobot, an independent third-party monitor. We link to their page rather than publishing our own numbers, so the figures are not ours to adjust.

We do not publish our own uptime figures
A status page written by the hosting company is worth very little. It reports what the company wants it to report, it is often static HTML that cannot go red, and it tends to say “all systems operational” during the exact outage you are trying to diagnose.
So we do not maintain one. Uptime is measured by UptimeRobot from outside our network, and the link above goes straight to their page — not a copy of it hosted here. If a check fails, it fails publicly and we cannot quietly amend it.
Two honest caveats. External monitoring shows whether the server responds, not whether your particular site is healthy — a broken plugin or an exhausted database will not register here. And Traxio does not offer an uptime SLA at £0.99/month; if guaranteed availability with financial remedies matters to your project, you want a host that charges enough to underwrite it.

- Your site is down but the platform is up
- A plugin, theme or update broke something
- DNS or SSL is not behaving
- Email is not sending or arriving
- Anything specific to your own site
