Purpose
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using Traxio services. It applies to all customers and protects the integrity of our infrastructure and other users.
Prohibited Content
The following content is not permitted on Traxio hosting:
- Illegal content of any kind
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — zero tolerance, reported to authorities
- Copyrighted material without licence
- Hate speech, incitement to violence, or discriminatory content
- Malware, ransomware, spyware, or phishing pages
- Warez, software cracks, or piracy tools
Prohibited Activities
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam)
- Operating mail relays or open proxies
- Cryptocurrency mining
- Running IRC bots, botnets, or DDoS tools
- Port scanning or network probing without authorisation
- Excessive resource usage that impacts other customers
- Reselling Traxio resources without written permission
Resource Usage
Hosting accounts include 5GB of storage and 10GB of bandwidth per month. Beyond those published limits, shared CPU and memory are subject to fair use: accounts consuming a disproportionate share and affecting other customers may be rate-limited or reviewed. We will contact you before taking action wherever possible.
We also run automated checks that hosted domains still resolve to our servers, so that dormant accounts can be reclaimed. Proxied domains using services such as Cloudflare are fully supported and will pass this check. See section 11 of the Terms of Service for the notice periods that apply.
Enforcement
Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or termination without refund. We report illegal activity to relevant authorities. Abuse can be reported to us via the contact page.
