- Log in to DirectAdmin.
- Open the Email Accounts section.
- Click Create Account, choose the part before the @ symbol, and set a password.
- Set a mailbox storage quota, or leave it at the default.
- Save — the address is active immediately.
Once created, connect the mailbox to an email client using the IMAP/SMTP settings shown on the account's details page in DirectAdmin. See Setting Up Email in Outlook for a worked example.
