Creating mailboxes and connecting them to your apps.
Your hosting account includes mailboxes on your own domain, which is usually the difference between hello@yourbusiness.co.uk and a Gmail address on your contact page. These articles cover creating accounts, connecting them to a mail client, and diagnosing messages that will not send.
If you are setting up email for the first time, create the mailbox first, then connect your client using the IMAP settings shown in DirectAdmin. If mail sends but never arrives, the cause is almost always missing SPF or DKIM records rather than anything wrong with the mailbox itself — you can add both yourself in the DNS editor.
