Softaculous: open Extra Features then Softaculous Auto Installer, find your WordPress installation in the installations list, and use its option to edit the admin account or log in directly, where available.
phpMyAdmin (always works):
- Find the database name in
wp-config.php(DB_NAME). How to access and use phpMyAdmin - Open phpMyAdmin and select that database.
- Open the

- In
user_pass, choose the MD5 function, type a new password and select Go. - Log in, and WordPress upgrades the stored hash automatically.
