Does this match what you’re seeing?

  • The page is completely white with no error
  • Viewing the page source shows nothing
  • Only some pages are blank

PHP stopped before sending anything, and error display is off (correctly) so visitors see nothing.

Go to WordPress white screen of death: how to fix a blank page.

1. Read the error log

Open System Info & Files then Site Summary / Statistics / Logs for the domain, reload the blank page, and read the newest entries. Also check for error_log files in the site’s folders. How to find PHP errors (error logs and display_errors)

2. Temporarily show errors

If the logs are empty, add to the top of the page’s main PHP file (usually index.php):

<?php
ini_set('display_errors', '1');
error_reporting(E_ALL);

Reload, read the error, then remove these lines.
