Does this match what you’re seeing?

  • The site won’t open at all
  • The browser shows an error instead of your site
  • It worked yesterday and doesn’t today

The exact message tells you where the problem is. Load the site in a private window and match what you see.

Quick checks for any error

  1. Is it just you? Try mobile data instead of Wi-Fi, or an online “is it down” checker.
  2. Is there a platform issue? Check the status page.
  3. What changed? Updates, a new plugin, DNS changes, an edited file, an expired domain.
  4. Is the domain still registered? What happens when a domain expires?
