NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID

The certificate doesn’t include the name you visited.

NET::ERR_CERT_DATE_INVALID

Expired — or your device’s clock is wrong. Check the date on your computer first; then see why renewal failed. SSL certificate not issued or not renewing

NET::ERR_CERT_AUTHORITY_INVALID

Only on one network

Public Wi-Fi with a sign-in page, or a workplace network that inspects traffic, can cause certificate warnings on every site. Try mobile data.
