- DirectAdmin access
Certificates issue automatically, but a certificate alone doesn’t move visitors to HTTPS. This tutorial checks the certificate, adds the redirect and fixes anything still loading insecurely.
Steps
Step 1: Confirm the domain resolves to Traxio

Step 2: Check the certificate
Visit
https://yourdomain.co.ukandhttps://www.yourdomain.co.uk. Both should load with no warning. Or open Account Manager then SSL Certificates to see the installed certificate and the names it covers.Step 3: Request it if it’s missing
In Account Manager then SSL Certificates, choose the free certificate option, tick your domain and
www, and save. Wait a few minutes. SSL certificate not issued or not renewingStep 4: WordPress: update the site address
In Settings → General, change both addresses to
https://. You’ll be asked to log in again.Step 5: Add the HTTPS redirect
In System Info & Files then File Manager, edit

In a private window, visit

Open a few pages with developer tools (F12) on the Console tab and look for Mixed Content warnings. Update any

Check it worked
http://yourdomain.co.uk redirects to https://, the padlock shows on every page you checked, and the console shows no mixed content warnings.
If something goes wrong
