Every Traxio account includes one email account on your own domain, and extra accounts are £0.99 each, paid once. Creating one takes about a minute.
Steps
- Log in to DirectAdmin.
- Open E-mail Manager then E-mail Accounts.
- Select Create Account.
- Enter the username — the part before the @, such as
hello. - Set a password. Use the generator or a password manager; email accounts are a favourite target for attackers.
- Set the quota (mailbox size). See below.
- Leave the sending limit at its default unless you have a reason to change it.
- Select Create.
The address is now live, provided your domain’s MX records point to Traxio.
Choosing a quota
Every mailbox shares your account’s 3GB with your website and databases. A quota stops one mailbox quietly filling the whole account.
- 500MB–1GB is plenty for most personal or shared addresses.
- Increase it later if a mailbox approaches its limit. Mailbox size, quotas and ‘mailbox full’ errors

Questions people ask
How many email accounts can I create?
One is included. Each extra email account is a £0.99 one-off add-on from the client area. Every mailbox shares the account’s storage, so set sensible quotas.
