Short answer
An SPF record is a line in your DNS listing which servers are allowed to send email using your domain. Receiving mail servers check it, and a message from a server not on the list looks like forgery.
This is a general web-hosting explanation, not specific to Traxio.
You should have exactly one SPF record. Two SPF records on the same domain is an error that makes authentication fail altogether — if you add a sender, edit the existing record rather than creating another.
