No. Traxio does not give refunds — the 30-day free trial exists instead, so you can test the hosting thoroughly before paying anything at all.
The reasoning is straightforward: a free month with the full service is worth more than a money-back promise you have to argue for. During the trial there is no card on file, so there is nothing to refund and nothing to cancel in a hurry.
If you stop wanting the hosting mid-month, cancel in the client area. The service runs to the end of the period you have paid for.
