Short answer
For most accounts you don’t have to — the certificate is issued automatically once the domain resolves to Traxio. If you need to check or reissue it, open Account Manager then SSL Certificates in DirectAdmin and request a free certificate for your domain.
The certificate cannot be issued until the domain actually points at your Traxio server, because the issuing authority verifies ownership by loading a file from the site. If the domain still points at your old host, that check fails — connect the domain first, then the SSL follows.
