Short answer
DNS Guard is Traxio’s automatic check that the domain on a hosting account actually points at Traxio. It applies during the first 30 days. If a domain never points here, the account is suspended — and it restores itself automatically once the domain resolves correctly.
It exists because a free 30-day trial with no card attracts accounts created purely to be abused, and those accounts never point a real domain at the server. Checking for a working domain filters them out and is why the price can stay at £0.99 for everyone else.
You are given plenty of room: an account has to be at least 48 hours old and failing continuously for 24 hours before anything happens, and you get an email when it does.
