Short answer
The two common reasons are an unpaid invoice and DNS Guard — the check that your domain is actually pointing at Traxio. The suspension email says which. Paying the invoice, or repointing the domain, restores the account.
If it was DNS Guard, the account restores automatically once the domain points back at Traxio’s nameservers and the check passes again. If it was payment, the account comes back as soon as the invoice is paid.
If neither applies, go to the help desk — account and platform suspensions are one of the things only Traxio staff can look at.
