Short answer
Add it as an Other mail account rather than letting iOS guess the provider. Use your full email address as the username,
mail.yourdomain.co.uk for both incoming and outgoing servers, IMAP on port 993 with SSL, and SMTP on 465.iOS sometimes reports that the outgoing server failed to verify and offers to save the account anyway. Save it — the account usually works, and the check often fails simply because iOS tested the server before the settings finished saving.
