Short answer
The browser found an IP address for your domain but nothing accepted the connection there. On shared hosting this almost always means the domain’s DNS points at the wrong place — often an old host, or an IP address that no longer serves your site.
Check what the domain actually resolves to and compare it with the server your account is on. If the address is wrong, fixing the nameservers or the A record fixes the error.
If the address is right and other sites on the same server are fine, that is a platform issue rather than a configuration one — go to the help desk.
