Short answer
Work through it in order: is the domain resolving, is it resolving to Traxio, and is there an
index.html or index.php in public_html? Most “site is down” reports are DNS not finished, or files uploaded to the wrong folder.Check whether it is down for everyone or just you before anything else — a cached page or a local DNS entry can make a working site look broken from one computer.
