Short answer
Anything only Traxio can do: server faults, platform incidents, suspensions, account verification, abuse reports and billing actions you can’t perform yourself. Your own site’s code, plugins and content are yours to manage — the knowledge base covers those.
This is self-managed hosting, so the split is roughly: the platform is Traxio’s job, what you put on it is yours. A server that isn’t responding is a ticket. A WordPress plugin that broke your layout is a knowledge-base article.
That isn’t a brush-off — it is why the written documentation is as detailed as it is.
