Short answer
An A record points a domain name at an IPv4 address — the numeric address of the server holding your site. It is the record that decides which server a browser connects to when someone visits your domain.
This is a general web-hosting explanation, not specific to Traxio.
A typical A record reads: @ A 203.0.113.10, where @ means the domain itself.
The AAAA record does exactly the same job for IPv6 addresses. If both exist, modern devices generally prefer the IPv6 one, which is why a stale AAAA record can make a site unreachable for some visitors and fine for others.
