Only the nameservers, in almost every case. Once they point at Traxio, all the individual records are managed here — you do not need to touch A records or MX records at the registrar as well.
Changing both is where people tie themselves in knots: records edited at the registrar have no effect once the nameservers point elsewhere, so the change appears to do nothing.
