Short answer
A registrar is the company you rent your domain name from, and where you change its nameservers. It is a separate service from hosting, even when one company offers both. If you registered your domain through Traxio, Traxio is where you manage and renew it; otherwise your registrar is wherever you bought the name.
This is a general web-hosting explanation, not specific to Traxio.
