Short answer
In DirectAdmin open E-mail Manager then Forwarders and create one: mail arriving for one address is passed straight on to another. A forwarder doesn’t need a mailbox of its own, so it costs no storage.
Forwarding to Gmail or Outlook is convenient, but forwarded mail is more likely to be treated as spam by the receiving provider, because the message arrives from Traxio’s server rather than the original sender’s. Having SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up correctly reduces that.
