Short answer
The browser reached your server but could not agree a valid HTTPS connection. On new accounts the usual cause is simply that the SSL certificate has not been issued yet, which cannot happen until the domain resolves to Traxio.
If the certificate exists and the error persists, the next suspect is Cloudflare’s SSL mode: set it to Full (strict). “Flexible” causes both this error and redirect loops.
