Short answer
An extra email account, domain, database or FTP account is £0.99 each, paid once. Extra disk space is £0.99 a month per extra 5GB, and extra bandwidth is £0.99 a month per extra 50GB. You add them in the client area.
Each account includes one domain, one email account, one database and one FTP account, plus 3GB of disk space and 100GB of bandwidth a month. One-off add-ons stay for as long as your hosting account does.
