One-off add-ons are paid once and stay for as long as your hosting account does. Monthly add-ons are added to your monthly invoice.
How to add one
- Log in to the client area.
- Open your hosting service and choose the add-on you need.
- Pay the invoice. The extra allowance is applied to your account.

No. A one-off add-on is paid once and stays on your account for as long as the hosting does.
Can I remove a monthly add-on later?
Yes. Extra disk space and bandwidth are monthly, so you can stop them from the client area if you no longer need them. Check your usage first so your site still fits.
Do add-ons work during the free trial?
The free trial includes the standard account. Add-ons are paid extras, so they’re charged when you buy them.
